Hi guys .., I already have the Soundtoys Plugs ' Decapitator - Radiator - Devil Loc Deluxe , and also Native Instruments Supercharger GT .
.., these are all saturation / compression type plug-ins .., and I like them.
Q - Does the KUSH ubk1 plug-in have anything else new to offer
.., that the Soundtoys Plugs ' Decapitator - Radiator - Devil Loc Deluxe , and also Native Instruments Supercharger GT ' does not already do
Or is the KUSH ubk1 just covering the same ground ?
- If not .., what exactly is the difference that you like so much ?

ps- Note ; I already realize that the Kush ubk1 has parallel compression capabilities within the plug-ins insert slot .., but that functionality is also just as equally achievable with those plugs I already have by using sends to aux tracks achieve similar parallel compression.
Kush Audio UBK-1 v1.2.6Team R2R 03 Mar 2019 5.9MBThe UBK-1 is a three-stage dynamics processor with simultaneous serial and parallel audio paths that open up unprecedented levels of control over a sound's shape, tone, and harmonic character.The processor has three engines - Saturation, Compression, and Density. Five meticulously tweaked compressor curves are provided, all based on the popular UBK FATSO hardware. A high pass (HP) sidechain filter with an unusually wide frequency sweep allows for unorthodox shapes of compression. Two 'Tele' style rockers control the wet/dry Mixes, and feature several optimized preset positions as well as fully variable operation. A Headroom control simultaneously adjusts the sidechain level of all three engines without affecting the plugin's output level. At the end of the chain, the Density engine adds an additional frequency-selective compressor/harmonic saturator, with a switch for targeting the mids or highs. The cumulative effect of these three engines is a thickness and musicality typically associated with expensive analog processing.
No iLok Driver is required to run. Our release loads faster and uses less memory than original.
